The new edition of Senior Modern History for Queensland provides the most up-to-date curriculum content and assessment preparation to ensure students are fully prepared for success in their QCE Senior History studies.
- New aspects for the depth studies reflect the adjusted date-spans, and a revised and renamed chapter, ‘The Empowerment of First Nations Australians’, reflects the new focus and date-span of the new syllabus.
- Additional digital chapters, accessible for free by users, will be added as necessary when exam topics and aspects are announced.
- Each depth study is now driven by a key inquiry question which is explored through a series of sub-questions.
- Each concluding study now clearly focuses on 1. The significance at the time, and 2. Legacy (significance for today).
- The dedicated introductory chapter on History and Historical Inquiry is now included in the print version of the book.
