As of Monday, 3 February, heavy rainfall and road closures continue to cause delivery delays across Far North Queensland. With weather conditions worsening over the weekend, the Bruce Highway remains closed in multiple locations.

As a result, our couriers are unable to transport freight into or out of Cairns and Townsville and for a minimum of the next 48 hours. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

If an item on your back-to-school list is or was out of stock at the time of pack collection, it will have been noted on the paperwork supplied with your order as being on backorder for you. The delivery delays will affect the length of time that backordered items take to arrive to us from our suppliers - this is beyond our control. Please be patient with our staff.

This filter drum is engineered with an increased amount of activated carbon to help eliminate odours and airborne VOCs. In addition, a True HEPA filter captures common pollutants in the air. Compatible with all TruSens Z3000 (Large) Air Purifiers.

•  The True HEPA filter is used to captures up to 99.97% of common pollutants

•  360 degree filtration draws in air from all directions to collect pollutants from around the room

•  The filter is at the core of purifying your air & replacement is essential for optimal performance

•  It is recommended to replace the Smoke HEPA Drum every 12 to 15 months, depending on usage

•  It is recommended to replace the Odour & VOC Carbon Filter every 3 to 4 months, depending on usage

•  Change indicator glows red on your air purifier when the filter needs to be replaced
